Using Feedback To Raise Money For Autism
We value our customer’s feedback as it enables us to improve and ensure we are providing the best service possible. Feedback is measured and used to motivate and educate the team, therefore we rely on our customer’s help in doing this.
Therefore the technical manager Tom has come up with a fantastic idea in regards to feedback. From now until the end of the financial year CSCM will donate 50p to The National Autistic Society for every piece of feedback received, good or bad following closure of a workflow ticket within the Technical team.
This is a charity close to Tom’s heart as he has already taken part in other events this year raising money for this great cause. Next month Tom is running in The New York City Marathon, 26.2 miles around all 5 boroughs of New York. Please visit his page and read more, he would be grateful of any donations.
Next year CSCM will continue to put a lot of focus on Customer Service and look to work with another Charity, continuing the donations in regards to feedback received.
