Update On Our Customer Feedback Incentive
We recently kick started a customer feedback project within our Technical Department. The team are encouraged to actively seek feedback from our customers whenever they resolve issues. For each piece of feedback received CSCM will donate money to The National Autistic Society.
So this month so far the team have received 31 pieces of feedback generating £15.50 for the charity. This is excellent news and the team are motivated by the comments they received.
