Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and in these difficult and unusual times we are all experiencing, more than ever we should really look out for each other. This includes family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues, all the people we would normally interact with and maybe people you don’t catch up with very often.

With social distancing still in force it can be hard to pick up on signs that someone may be struggling, so please take the time to talk to one another, listen and offer support #KINDNESS MATTERS
