Meet Some of Our Helpdesk and Support Team

We have recently announced our Customer Service Feedback Charity Project where CSCM will be donating to The National Autistic Society for every piece of customer feedback we receive.

Our customers will know this team on first name terms, it’s a busy department and technicians work in and out of the office to make sure our customer’s IT is running smoothly and they quickly resolve issues.

Between them they hold a wealth of knowledge and they work in collaboration with each other to get the best and quickest solutions.
