We want to assure all our Customers and Business Contacts of our business continuity during this period of uncertainty, and we feel it’s important for you to know we have a plan in place to mitigate situations like this.
All of our staff have been briefed on working remotely and we will continue to operate all our systems and processes. Throughout the past week we have had engineers and administrative staff working from home to test our business continuity plan. We are confident we can continue to serve any support needs our customers may have, even as further restrictions are put in place by governments and authorities.
There is no change to accessing our remote support, requests can be made via the usual telephone number and via our ticketing system and support email address. We will be limiting non-essential travel, including maintenance and installations of equipment. This will be reviewed on a week by week basis.
