CSCM was established over 22 years ago by its founding Director Jude Thompson. Jude's ability to understand what a business requires and his passion for working with great people has grown CSCM into the company it is today.

Based just outside Birmingham, CSCM is an expanding company who offer quality I.T. solutions to businesses using the most up to date technology, with clients all over the world utilising their cloud services.

Using UK datacentres, CSCM can offer private cloud hosting with options to move an entire business to the cloud. For added peace of mind CSCM have their own I.T support desk and monitor their customer's systems constantly to ensure they run smoothly.

CSCM has a great team of experienced people who are all dedicated to delivering an excellent service to their customers. Working in partnership with experts in their field, CSCM have strong links to GDPR and Telecommunications specialists.

Jude Thompson

Managing Director

Although Jude's role focuses on strategic planning for the future, he is a real techie at heart and loves working with clients to find solutions that really work for them. He keeps strong links with his customers and is described as a 'very approachable MD', Jude's unique management style sets CSCM well apart from its competitors.

Tina Woolvin

Director

With overall responsibility for the management of Resources, HR, Health & Safety and Quality Management, Tina is focused on continuous improvement, ensuring a safe working environment and the smooth running of the business. As a great communicator she loves asking questions, solving problems and keeping colleagues happy, who describe her as extremely organised and supportive.

Dave Brown

Director of Cloud Services

Dave delivers large scale projects, including virtualisation, the implementation of managed services and tier three technical support, whilst developing new solutions and streamlining existing ones. Full of energy, Dave can explain even the most technical issues in plain english. He enjoys working with cutting edge technologies at CSCM where he says there is 'never a dull moment.'

Sales & Marketing

Liam Golding

Sales Account Manager

Liam works with the sales managers and produces quotes for our customers, as well as picking up customer calls in their absence. He deals with a lot of paper work and orders, working hard to get products out to our customers as quickly as possible.

Jenny Hodgkiss

Head of Marketing

Jenny is Head of Marketing and works closely with the sales team. She enjoys sharing CSCM news and raising the profile of the company, while focusing on the company image and branding. She also organises the Business Networking events that CSCM host and generally works to promote and raise awareness of the services CSCM offer.

Adam Boyce

Business Development Manager

Adam is the Business Development Manager and works closely with sales and marketing, he is a key point of contact for existing customers and is the driving force behind our sales strategies, identifying and on boarding prospective clients.

Accounts & Admin Team

Sally Evans

Accounts Manager

Responsible for the smooth running of the accounts department, Sally expertly manages everything from credit control to payroll on her own initiative. Sally brings a calming influence to the office as a trusted and highly reliable team member.

Courtney Johnson

Office Administrator

Courtney is our Office Administrator, she keeps the office diary up to date, she organises the Managing Directors working day, deals with invoicing and customer contracts, as well as meeting and greeting all visitors to the office. Everyone she meets loves her bubbly personality!

Sam Woolvin

Admin & Accounts Assistant

Sam has recently joined us a Post Graduate from Worcester University where he obtained a degree in Business Management. He works alongside Sally and Courtney gaining experience and integrating into the team to provide support where needed.

Donna Wooldridge

Purchasing Assistant

Donna is our Purchasing Assistant who is covering Stacey's maternity leave. Donna is well travelled as a former dancer and brings a great positive energy to the office and the role.

Networking

Neil Fortune

Head of Networking Infrastructure

Accountable for the planning and implementation of network cabling infrastructures and telecommunications solutions, Neil relishes the many challenges of working at CSCM. Every job is different and he feels a real sense of achievement and satisfaction once cabling infrastructure is successfully installed and running. His colleagues recognise that whether it's installing a few network points or running fibre optic cables around a stadium, nothing fazes Neil.

Problem Solving and Monitoring Team

Matt Wall

Senior Cloud Services Engineer

Matt is a key member of the Problem Solving and Mentoring team as he is an escalation point for the helpdesk. He spends his time resolving problems and responding to alerts from our monitoring systems, as well as handling backups. Matt is known as the “natural problem solver” and for that reason he also gets involved with complex projects.

Iain Williams

Technical Engineer

One of CSCM's longstanding employees, Iain works on all hardware installations and physical support, he tackles a wide variety of issues and likes interacting with clients. He is also a genius at fixing computer hardware problems and a brilliant quiz master!

Ben Matthews

Cloud Services Engineer

Ben is one of our Tech Engineers and works on more complex issues and projects. Escalated queries from the helpdesk will come over to Ben and he also spends time out and about working at customer sites.

Adrian Szczepanik

Tier 2 Service Desk Technician

Adrian joined us as a graduate from Coventry University and is now a fulltime member of the Helpdesk and Support team. As a dedicated, helpful member of the team, his expertise and general approachable nature makes him an asset to our busy Technical department.

Callum Thorpe

Tier 1 Service Desk Technician

Callum works on our busy Helpdesk Support Team. He has great support experience and is a great asset to this fast paced department. As our largest team within CSCM, Technical prides itself on the wealth of knowledge it holds amongst it's many team members.

Logan Crewe

Tier 2 Service Desk Technician

Logan has recently finished he apprenticeship with us and is now fully qualified and working as part of our Helpdesk Team. Throughout his time with us Logan has become popular with team members and customers, known for his polite and approachable personality, he is always eager to help resolve problems.

Jason Stokes

Service Desk Team Leader

Jason is an integral part of our Helpdesk Support Team. Working alongside the Service Desk Manager he overseas the Helpdesk Engineers in this busy department quickly resolving issues and managing work loads. He also spends a lot of time at the West Bromwich Albion Stadium as he is their dedicated CSCM technician on hand to resolve any issues they may encounter.

Daniel Burden

Tier 1 Service Desk Technician

Dan originally came to CSCM as an intern from Coventry University, but since graduating has secured a permanent position within our busy Technical Team. His helpful and approachable manner makes him popular with both our customers and his colleagues alike.

Hannah Shuck

Service Desk Manager

Hannah manages our ever expanding Helpdesk and Support Team. She also looks at processes to ensure our customers get the best and as always most efficient service. In this busy team she also works with customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Mohammed Naeem

Technical Apprentice

Mohammed is our new Apprentice and comes to us from LMPQ. He will be learning on the job while studying part-time to be an Level 3 Infrastructure Technician. He comes with some IT knowledge and a fantastic attitude towards learning more in order to become a great asset to the Helpdesk Team. In his spare time he enjoys participating in various sports and generally staying active.

Kayleigh Botfield

Tier 1 Service Desk Technician

Kayleigh has recently joined CSCM as an experienced Tier One Technician. She will be one of the first points of contact for our customers who need support and already has fantastic knowledge in order to get to work straightaway. In her spare time she enjoys gaming and building PC's.

Nikesh Patel

Technical Engineer

Nikesh spends a lot of time visiting customer sites to resolve issues and offer support. He has a great rapport with our clients due to him possessing fantastic communication and technical skills. Nikesh thrives on dealing efficiently and effectively with technical challenges and truly feels that he learns something new every day.

Lee Robinson

Project and Installations Manager

Lee's dynamic role involves supporting technical issues and project management for the conceptual design and implementation of new IT systems, built to specifications that support business needs. He loves the variety of his role and the exposure to the wide range of technologies he deals with. Colleagues also testify to the fact that Lee has a positive approach to all tasks and is great at face to face communication, not solely relying upon emails or instant messages to discuss technical issues.

Bradley Churchill

Technical Engineer

Offering vital day to day technical support Brad enjoys resolving pressing problems for clients at CSCM. He's always out and about visiting customer sites and going the extra mile to help, he is a dedicated member of staff who is helpful, enthusiastic and well liked by his colleagues.

Daniel Ricketts

Technical Engineer

Daniel is an experienced Technical Engineer, working alongside his fellow engineers he resolves problems as they arise. As a busy department with constant on-going projects, he moves around from job to job as and when required, using his knowledge to complete work to a high standard.
