The Challenge

The company found themselves in an unexpected positon without an I.T. provider. Based locally to BSN at the time and through local networking, as a temporary measure CSCM stepped in and provided an I.T. support contract.Due to the sensitivity of data the company handled they were keen to review their data backup routine and look at how they could improve their overall I.T. setup.

The Solution

Initially in order to provide assurance we put in place a full I.T. support and monitoring contract. This eliminated the customer’s predicament and ensured the team were on hand to assist should the need arise.

In order to approve their offsite backup we introduced our Managed Service which also provided email filtering.

At a later date we migrated their entire business to the cloud giving them the ability gain access to their files and applications from anywhere, at any time. A guaranteed lease line was provided to ensure high availability andincreased performance.
